I have carried a Kel-tec .380 as a back-up, but decided it was too underpowered at 196 fpe in a 90 gr. GDHP. My rational was that shot placement in close quarters would rule the day (oh, say an eye). But since anyone worth shooting once is worth shooting until the threat stops, I’ll go with more powerful ammo. I am happy with either my 442 no-lock or Kahr PM9 nowadays. Thanks for the food for thought, Richard.
