The National Association of Field Training Officers (NAFTO) is now offering year-round training for field training officers (FTO). The three-day Basic Field Training Officer class runs $350/student and the host agency can get free slots for their personnel.

We are very excited to announce that NAFTO is now providing FTO training throughout the year. For over 20 years NAFTO has been promoting and training field training officers through its publications, websites, and annual training conferences. Now NAFTO can provide that quality training year round.
If you are looking for quality, professional training for your field training officers NAFTO can provide that training. Through the co-hosting concept we can provide the training for your agency or area. Here is how it works;
Contact NAFTO about co-hosting a Basic Field Training Officers Class. The Co-Hosting agency will be responsible for the training venue, equipment needs, and local advertising. The minimum class size is 20 paid students. The co-hosting agency will receive 2 free spots in the class for 20 paid students. They will receive 4 free spots in the class for 30 paid students.
NAFTO will provide the instructor and take care of the instructor fees, and travel expenses.
The Basic Field Training Officers Class is a 3 day class and costs $350 per student. Registration for the class will be handled through NAFTO.
